The board of directors is the ultimate level of accountability in a non-profit organization. The consultation offers a broad perspective of the key challenges and issues related to leadership and governance in the non-profit sector. The course reviews the importance of values, vision and mission as the foundations for establishing strategic direction and governance.

The Board Governance is offered as a workshop. It is geared to your Board and can be adapted to deal with issues specific to your Board. Each workshop includes an assessment and action plan to move your Board forward.
